Return policy

Our goal at XTXFMF is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

In its original, unused condition.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed).

Underwear and lingerie.

Any item that is damaged, altered, washed, or shows signs of wear.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at inforovider@xtxfmf.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.

Our team will provide you with instructions and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send returns back to our corporate address without authorization.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the return is approved. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring our products are perfect when they leave our warehouse. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at inforovider@xtxfmf.com with your order number and photos of the product's issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the faulty item.

7. Final Sale Items

Any items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
